Directions: Massage 4-5 drops into skin, especially your neck, chest and back if congested. If your sniffles are more in your sinuses, you can rub a drop under your nose.Take special care not to get into or near your eyes as the essential oils are concntrated and will burn.
The serum can also be used as a fragrance oil as the scent is very lovely and soothing. Simply apply 1-2 drops behind ears or on insde of wrists.
